Fleming Smith Associates Limited were established in 1982 to provide civil and structural engineering services
to it’s clients. The practice has established an excellent reputation for both innovation and reliability in the UK

The practice covers all aspects of work within the construction industry from new build on green field sites to
difficult refurbishment projects in confined areas.
We have extensive experience of working within the chemical industry, leisure industry dealing with safety at
sports grounds, commercial and industrial sectors and design and build works with contractors.
We act as expert witnesses and panel engineers for insurance companies dealing with fire damage and
subsidence works.
